TurningPoint was down for some U.S. based clients from 12:15 p.m. – 12:32 p.m. EDT.
During this time, instructors were unable to begin a new session, and participants were unable to respond to live TurningPoint polling questions using web-enabled devices – including laptops, tablets and cell phones. TurningPoint web users with clickers were also affected.
Scheduling, content creation and editing were not impacted.
